Jennifer founded JD Solutions Group with a clear mission: to bring empathy, purpose, and action together in the senior living world. After years of leading in senior living sales, she’s seen firsthand how human-centered and compassionate approaches can transform the way we support older adults and their families.

For Jennifer, sales isn’t just a numbers game—it’s about truly listening, understanding the unique challenges senior communities face, and creating solutions that make a difference. Her mission is to move the industry from transactional to personal, where relationships come first and measurable results follow naturally.
